Amazing Grace

God is truly amazing. Tonight when Char & I went to ICU to kiss Kelly goodnight we had the most awesome conversation. The three of us were talking about the day and the days to come. We were plotting and planning regarding what needed to happen for Kelly to heal and move forward. That's when I told KJ how many people blogged today and were praying. Kelly started to cry and said something that sent shivers down my spine.

"You know, Marla, last night I did something different. I thought about all the people that were praying for me. I thought about how many I knew & how many I didn't know but had heard were praying. Whole churches. Then I started to pray. I didn't pray for me or my surgery though. I prayed for all the people that were praying for me."

I have never been prouder of or loved my sister more than I do tonight.
